Why I Think Apple Should Release Another Desktop

As many people know, Apple has 3 desktops in their lineup of computers. The iMac, the Mac Mini, and the Mac Pro. The problem with this lineup is the fact that there is not truly a computer for the user that wants to have full access to the hardware without having to go through the wallet emptying process of purchasing a Mac Pro. Sure, you may say, “Well that’s what the Mac Mini is for,” but if you would look carefully on Apple’s website, the only component that is upgradeable is RAM.
If you compare the desktop lineup offered by Apple with the amount of choice there is for PC users, you will be amazed. Whether you’re a pro user looking for the best processor and ram, or a gamer looking to find the best graphics, there is truly a computer for everyone, and when there’s not, anyone can go out and purchase the parts to build their own.
So what exactly am I trying to get out of Apple? Well, I need a machine that is not entry level but rather powerful enough to get through everyday tasks like photo editing and video production. In a few words, a cross between a Mac Mini and a Mac Pro.
